Saturday Classes 

Want to learn to make coffee like a seasoned Barista?
Now is your chance, our Barista classes run for 2 - 2.5 hours with a maximum group of 4 people to ensure you get the most out of the session.

In this class you will learn all things coffee, where coffee comes from, how its processed, and of course how to make that perfect cup.
Our team will ensure you leave knowing:

-Origin Knowledge
-Coffee Processing
-Grinder Calibration
-Correct tamping form
-Extraction and brew recipes
-Correct milk frothing including alternative milks
-How to correctly pour
-Difference between multiple drinks
-Machine Maintenance & Cleaning 

Although you are learning from the best, these are simply classes and we aim to ensure you get the most out of them to help you get employment in the industry and to help home baristas get the most out of their coffee, we are not a registered trainer therefore we unfortunately do not provide certifications.
